8×4 tipper is usually used in civil engineering. It can work together with the excavating machine, shovel wheel loader, and belt conveyor to load, transport and discharge loose materials (such as dirt, gravel, sand, and bulk cargo, etc). Its fundamental collocation is in accordance with the Euro-I emission standards.
Euro-II discharge type is also available to all the machines.
European 1 Engine
The Euro norms require manufacturers to efficiently reduce the existing pollution emission levels by implementing certain technical changes to vehicles.
In order to have a EURO I compliant cars, manufacturers should make certain changes and pay special attention to the following aspects:(a) carburetor retuning (b) secondary air intake (c) exhaust gas recirculation (d) catalyzer capacity increase (e) tri-metal coating in the catalyzer.
European 2 Engine
The Euro norms require manufacturers to reduce the existing pollution Emission Levels in a more efficient manner by making certain technical changes to the vehicles.
According to the Euro II standards, the carburetor should be replaced by an MPFI system i.e. a Multi-point Fuel Injection System.
There are two basic types of engines: spark-ignition engine and compression-ignition engine. In the spark-ignition engine, fuel ignition is triggered by an electric spark from a spark plug. For the compression-ignition engine, atomized liquid fuel is injected into a cylinder full of hot compressed air through a fuel pump and a nozzle. Since larger cylinders need more fuel, they require more than one injector, thus resulting in a multi-point fuel injection system. The discharge standard in EuropeanⅡ:

Maintenance of Damp Trucks
A repaired damp truck has to be tested to ensure that the carriage body is steady while hoisting. The lubricating oil should be used properly according to the stipulations given. The oil of lifting mechanism should be changed on time and overloading should be avoided.
